General
- Club IDA is marketed and operated by Identity Australia (IDA).
- Club IDA benefits are available only to IDA customers.
- Customers may opt out by placing the words "remove me from the loyalty program" in the subject line of the introductory or update emails on Club news.
- Membership to the Club is free.

Rules
- IDA reserves the right to change or cancel Club IDA in part or full at any time in line with the program terms and conditions.
- IDA can cancel the program in part or full at any time and with only 30 days notice to the members.

Membership to the Club
- Membership is calculated on a customer’s rolling 12 month purchase history.
- Membership is reviewed every 6 months based on the previous rolling 12 months purchase history.
- Customers who do not purchase in a period of 12 consecutive months will have their membership suspended.
- Suspended members who do not purchase within the next 12 consecutive months will have their membership terminated.
- A purchase by a terminated member will be treated the same way as a purchase by a new customer so the terminated member will rejoin Club IDA as a Contemporary Member.

Qualification for prize determinations
- To qualify for the prize determination each quarter, a purchase must be made in that quarter.
- An entry into the prize determination will be created for every invoice raised during the game period.
- Criteria for prize determination is ‘commercial in confidence’ to IDA.

Prize redemption
- Winners will be advised by mail, email or phone.
- Prizes are distributed in the quarter following the end of the quarter in which they were won.

Force majeure
To the extent permitted by law, Identity Australia Pty Limited will not be liable to you for any loss or damage (whether direct or consequential), nor be in default under these Terms of Use for failure to observe or perform any of our obligations under these Terms of Use for any reason or cause which could not, with reasonable diligence, be controlled or prevented including acts of God, acts of nature, acts of Governments or their agencies, strikes or other industrial action, fire, flood, storm, riots, power shortages or failures, sudden and unexpected system failure or disruption by war or sabotage (the Force Majeure Event) and our obligations will be suspended for as long as the Force Majeure Event continues.
